Welcome to My Studio!

Greetings fellow Quilters and welcome to my website Quilting Studio.  My name is Joy.  I am the artist, digitizer, webmaster, computer-tech,  and quilter.

It is my wish to let my fellow quilters know about my studio and how it works... with the help of my new cartoon buddies.

Please meet Merrie-Anne, my cartoon and newest fall-guy...  She has just joined us today, and will be with us for a long while, we hope.  She has two companions.  Kit and Spots whom you will find at the bottom of this page.

Today, Merrie-Anne will be taking us through the Pattern Process.

All of our designs are from original ideas
made into Original art pieces.

All our patterns are hand drawn from our
original ideas.  We do not use clip art or other materials in our patterns, so there is no worry about copywriter infringements from using other artists materials.

Next is the computer, where the image is scanned sent into Auto Sketch, digitized, converted into a DXF and then sent to the Statler Stitcher for testing...
